Roles and Responsibilities

Designation: Bidding Manager Gurgaon

Position Reports to: General Manager Sales & Marketing

Place of Posting: Udyog Vihar Phase 1, Gurgaon

Working Hours: Monday to Friday with Flexi Time


ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

End to end Presales Lifecycle Management, primarily through bidding process.

Identify bidding opportunities for IT products and services in gaming sector and Bid Management initiatives.

End to end RFI/ RFP/ RFQ response preparation and other sales support like technical presentation, capability and approach document.

Complete ownership for EOI/ RFI/ RFQ/ RFP/ Tender preparation and bid submission

Identify key success factors and implement strategic guidelines for bidding.

Conduct comprehensive analysis and finalize Bid or No-Bid Decision based on qualifying factors.

Plan, schedule, monitor, evaluate bid preparation activities to ensure quality and timely submission of bids/ tenders.

Work closely with technical, product, business development and legal team to document the agreed solution by mapping the solution with requirements and our deliverable competencies.

Manage virtual bid teams and inputs from all the stakeholders involving contributions from sales, marketing, commercial, legal, delivery and product teams.

Prepare Bid Plan and check list as per the RFP submission timelines and requirements.

Manage overall quality of the content and professional preventability of the bid documents.

Interact directly with Customers for Bid queries and timelines till the Bid submission.

Maintain record & reference content of the entire bid response in soft/ hard copies.

Manage the bid budget and resolve complex technical, strategic and business issues.

Develop a set of standard templates for less complex bids.

Desired Candidate Profile

DESIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES:

Graduate or PG, preferably BE/ B. Tech/ MCA / MBA with 5+ Year experience in bidding and Pre-sales for IT products and services in gaming sector and hands-on with bid management processes.

Prior experience in bidding & presales involving international markets will be preferred.

Prior experience in end to end bid transactions i.e. EOI to Closure as an individual contributor.

Candidate handling Bids with A rated companies handling regions like USA, UK, APAC and MEA etc. will be the ideal match and thorough on key success factors in bidding.

Excellent Communication Skills with Proven problem-solving and writing skills.
Strong knowledge and understanding of sources of identifying bid opportunities.

Hands-on with end to end RFI/ RFP/ RFQ/ EOI response preparation and other sales support like technical presentation, capability and approach document.

Ability to independently plan, schedule, monitor, evaluate bid preparation activities to ensure quality and timely submission of bids/ tenders.

Ability to work closely with technical, product, business development and legal team and document the agreed solution by mapping the solution with requirements.

Ability to manage virtual bid teams and inputs from all the stakeholders.

Ability to independently interact with Customers and resolve Bid queries in a timey manner.

Ability to maintain & retrieve record & reference content of the entire bid response in soft/ hard copies.

The ideal candidate should be a team player with strong communication, documentation, presentation and follow-up skills.
