Business Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities

• Research Existing Business operations and IT Systems.
• Identify Improvement Opportunities and/or Risk.
• Document Business Requirements/ BRD.
• Facilitate Deliverables Acceptance and testing.
• Perform project coordination from initiation to closure.
• Stakeholder and project communication management under the supervision of assigned manager/department head.
• Liaise with business stakeholders and technical delivery teams to ensure that requirements are communicated and developed as per the business needs.
• Translate Business Requirement into actionable for Development Team.
• Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders and adapting to competing demands.
• Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during the QA process; Assess business process and system inefficiencies.
• Determining, creating and publishing the reports/dashboards/memos/MIS needed to support senior management strategic decision making across the IT cross section within the organization.
• Conducting and or facilitating workshops, interviews, focus group sessions, brain storming sessions to elicit the required information.

• 5 to 10% of travel in a year may be required to perform the roles and responsibilities.

Expected Deliverables:

• Feasibility Analysis.
• Benefit management document.
• Business Requirement Document/ BRD.
• Create mock designs, models, Minutes of meetings, project status reports etc.
• Business Use cases, Use case document, Use case realization document etc.
• Data flow design documents, E-R Diagrams, Class diagrams etc.
• Development of training materials and delivering trainings to end-users, beneficiary and Operations team.

Desired Candidate Profile

Desired Education, Experience and Competencies:

• BE/ B. Tech preferably with MBA and 4 plus year experience as Business Analyst.
• Hands-on with SDLC and STLC with in-depth experience of iterative and Waterfall.
• Hands-on writing techno-functional documents as specified in Deliverables.
• Basic understanding of RDBMS, Web technologies and Cloud.
• Should have excellent skills in Vision drawings and complete MS Office Suite.
• Must carry a solution approach to problems with strong Communication, Presentation and Time Management
