Designation: Manager Business Development Europe
Position Reports to: Vice President Sales & Marketing
Place of Posting: Udyog Vihar Phase 1, Gurgaon
Working Hours: Flexible Working Time Monday to Friday (11:00 AM to 8:00 PM)
Brief Description:
Client facing sales hunter with experience in selling IT Products and Solutions for the Government and Private enterprises in EUROPE Region.
Selling high value solutions to C Level stakeholders and to or with partners.
Research & study the market segment by analyzing the present business scenario, plan business goals by revenue, number of logos to be added, new business won, cross selling and farming. Would be a pure hunter and an Individual Contributor role.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop strong business relationships with new business accounts; explore and understand complex customer requirements.
- Develop and execute Business Plan, Sales Funnel, Sales Realization and collection in coordination with existing EUROPE Regional sales team.
- Work closely with Partners and the internal sales team to leverage existing relationships in the EUROPE Region.
- Develop sales strategy for EUROPE Region.
- Bring visibility of the existing solutions in EUROPE Region and target right clients/ customer base.
- Analyse the range of our offerings in the business segment and suggest ways to strengthen sales.
- Work with industry heads and C Level to build long term Business Relations.
- Create pipeline dash board to map the progress and execute corrective actions.
- Share Channel feedback to the Product Development team for continued product enhancement and new development needs, including customized solutions.
- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to create compelling collateral and value for the region.
- Prepare and conduct presentations, and drive effective communications internally and externally.

Desired Candidate Profile
Desired Education/ Experience & Competencies:
- B.E/B.TECH. MBA in International Sales/ Marketing will be a plus.
- Minimum 8-year experience in Business Development selling Software/Digital/ Technology solutions to Private and Government sector in EUROPE Region.
- Proficiency of working on large RFPs/ RFIs..
- Prior experience in selling enterprise products & services digital solutions, web applications and complex solution-sales/ consultative selling.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to speak in Spanish will be a huge plus.
