Roles and Responsibilities

Designation: Process Engineering Manager

Position Reports to: AVP Engineering

Place of Posting: DLF Cyber City, Gurgaon

Working Hours: Monday to Friday with Flexi Time and option to WFH

Role & Responsibilities:

• Create roadmap for process automation and drive process excellence initiatives across organization including development, delivery, sales, HR, support. Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards.
• Drive Change, evaluate, observe, design, plan, monitor, and control the whole business process
• Develop new initiatives for continuous business process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Assisting in Budget planning, forecasting, resources allocation, and scheduling process improvement projects.
• Coordinating with different departments and organizing cross-functional teams to know the requirements for the improvement of the process.
• Training and educating the individuals involved in the management and operation of different business processes.
• Facilitate teams to critically review current processes for effectiveness, quality and simplification.
• Ensure that teams follow Agile practices and scrum framework values, mentoring and motivating the teams to improve processes, facilitating meetings and decision-making processes.
• Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Monitor and measure the benefits of post process implementation to ensure product quality, efficiency, and improvement.
• Analyze operating data and statistics to identify opportunities, develop action plans, and implement process improvements.

Desired Education, Experience and Competencies:

• BE/ B.Tech/ MCA with 15+ Year experience in managing software engineering lifecycle.
• 5+ years leadership and management experience.
• Excellent people and project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to play process champion role and participate with stake holders in designing & planning process.
• Hands-on with Agile methodologies and working in Scrum Model. Certified scrum master, SAFe preferred.
• Hands on with software and management tools like JIRA, Asana, Jenkins, GITLab.
• Familiarity with quality management system like CMMI, ISO 27001
• Strong Organizational skills and attention to detail and have excellent communication skills.
• Experience of Business Process of Managing tools and software.
• Leadership and ability to work in a cross-functional or departmental team In short, you should be a team player.
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) is desirable
